A choice of fresh pressed juices, organic and vegan wines and beers. Open for lunch and dinner. Restaurant is situated in the city of Silves in a little street, right opposite the Old Roman Bridge. Added dairy cheese to the menu October 2023. Open Tue-Thu 12:00-15:00, Tue 18:30-21:00, Thu 18:30-21:00, Sat 12:00-15:00. Closed Mon & Fri.

By far one of the best veggie restaurants I’ve ever been to. Absolutely delicious vegetarian food. We had the burger, the small indian variation and afterwards the dreamy Brownie. The Owners are very kind and friendly, gave us tips for our vacation - such a pleasure. Thanks for this beautiful stay!

My husband had the burger and enjoyed it. I had the small Indian platter and it was tasty. But the stand out was by far the brownie, I took an extra piece home. Warm, gooey and just moreish!

Stopped in for a few tapas before leaving Silves. Ashley, and partner Marina, run this place like it’s an extension of their home. Our stand-out dish was the Beet & Vegan Feta Bruschetta. Open for lunch only.

Stopped in here just after midday, was quiet when we arrived but quickly became very busy and it's understandable why! Very friendly staff, great selection of vegan dishes from around the world, and decent prices too. Would highly recommend!

Nice option in a town where we didn't expect to find any good food options. We tried the creamy mushrooms, tagine, as well as 2 different burgers, and the brownie and fruit crumble. The ice cream that came with the dessets was a standout as well as the tagine. If I were to go back, I would avoid the burgers to try more of the unique dishes on offer

We wanted to go here for lunch but it was fully booked. Later in the afternoon, we came back for dessert and were lucky to get a table. The red fruit crumble was very tasty and the brownie with ice cream was outstanding. Reservations recommended as this place is so popular.

All items that we ordered from the menu were very good! We ordered the beetroot bruschetta and creamy mushrooms for starters which were delicious! For mains we had the evergreen burger, the namaste burger, and the Persian tagine. The tagine was most definitely the stand out dish for us. The owners were the loveliest people also! Would definitely love to come back next time we're in Silves.

After briefly looking at the menu of another place listed in the app and seeing that they serve veal (yuck), we scurried down a side street to Parsley and Thyme and were so glad we did. Fantastic, vegan food and equally fantastic service. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
